Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Manage full-spectrum HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our wellness mission.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and career growth.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on disciplinary procedures and performance management.
  • Support management in organizational design and workforce planning to meet business expansion goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the retail or wellness industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
