In this role, you will be instrumental in driving endâtoâend recruitment campaigns, managing the HRIS, and supporting employee engagement initiatives that align with our business objectives. Youâll partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fullâcycle recruitment â sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across all levels.
- Maintaining and optimizing the HRIS and applicantâtracking system for accurate data and compliance.
- Developing innovative talentâacquisition strategies to reduce timeâtoâfill and enhance employer brand.
- Facilitating employee development programs, performance reviews, and training workshops.
- Ensuring adherence to Singapore employment regulations and CEI licensing standards.
- Collaborating with management to define job requirements, competency models, and career pathways.
- Handling HR administrative tasks such as contract preparation, onboarding packs, and exit procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Valid CEI (Career Exploration and Integration) license issued by the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore.
- At least 2 years of proven recruitment and HR experience, preferably in a fastâpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
