Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for warehouse and logistics positions
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment priorities
- Oversee employee onboarding and integration processes
- Maintain and update HR databases and recruitment metrics
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support HR initiatives in employee relations and engagement
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience in logistics/Warehouse sector
- Proficiency with HRIS and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD) preferred
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship required
