As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our hiring efforts. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates using innovative methods, to conducting rigorous screening and interviews, and extending compelling job offers to successful applicants. Your expertise in volume hiring will be crucial as we scale our operations. You will develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs and ensure a perfect match between the candidate and the role.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for call center and corporate positions.
- Source and attract top talent using various channels including job portals, social media, and referral programs.
- Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the pre-employment and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs in a high-volume environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare weekly hiring reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a BPO or call center setting.
- Strong understanding of volume hiring and mass recruitment processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using job portals (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
