Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely compensation and benefits administration.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and support annual performance appraisal cycles and provide guidance to line managers.
  • Maintain HR data integrity and prepare regular reports on HR metrics for management review.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Spring Energy values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
