Based in Senai, Johor, you will take ownership of the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and statutory compliance. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring the company continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and training & development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and statutory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and retention.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Support organizational development initiatives and drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proficient in HRMS software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
