Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and we are looking for a driven and motivated Assistant Manager, Client Partner to join our GrabAds team in Pasig City. As an Assistant Manager, Client Partner, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure seamless campaign delivery from pitch to post-campaign analysis. You will also liaise with internal teams including marketing, product, and ad operations to optimize campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key advertiser accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and present compelling advertising solutions tailored to client business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ad Ops) to optimize campaign performance and address client needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to drive retention and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advertiser feedback to inform product and strategy.
  • Prepare data-driven insights and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in client management, advertising sales, or account management, preferably in digital media or ad tech.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products (display, video, programmatic, social) and campaign metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving business growth.
