Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, HR Manpower Planning to join our dynamic Healthcare division. In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior business leaders to forecast workforce needs, design optimal staffing models, and ensure that talent supply aligns with organizational goals. You will leverage data‑driven insights to monitor headcount trends, turnover, and skill gaps, translating analytics into actionable workforce strategies.

You will be responsible for building robust manpower plans, coordinating with recruitment and learning & development teams, and presenting findings to stakeholders through clear visual reports. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive manpower plans aligned with business objectives and budget cycles.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, turnover risks, and skill‑gap opportunities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and optimize headcount allocation.
  • Design and implement workforce modelling scenarios (e.g., growth, restructuring, seasonal demand).
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment plans support manpower forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Learning & Development to address skill gaps through targeted training initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly workforce reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal HR policies in manpower planning activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, workforce planning, or manpower management, preferably within healthcare or similar sectors.
  • Proven expertise in HR analytics, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry workforce dynamics and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in HRP, SHRM, or relevant analytics credential is a plus.
