The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager (Learning & Development) to spearhead our talent development initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR, you will be responsible for developing and executing the L&D strategy that empowers our diverse workforce.
In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clinical and corporate stakeholders on all matters related to talent development. You will lead the annual training planning cycle, working closely with department heads to identify learning needs. You will design, implement, and evaluate innovative training programs using a variety of methodologies, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and face-to-face workshops. Driving the adoption and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) will be a key focus, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for all staff. You will also manage the training budget, measuring and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI) to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute the comprehensive L&D roadmap, aligned with NNI's strategic objectives and healthcare regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with department heads and senior leadership.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, including curriculum design, vendor selection, and budget management.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high engagement and compliance tracking.
- Develop innovative blended learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and e-learning content.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data analytics and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIs.
- Facilitate leadership and soft skills development workshops to enhance managerial capabilities across the institute.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create role-specific training materials and job aids.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on program management.
- Proven proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Moodle) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience in training metrics and reporting.
- Experience in the healthcare, clinical, or academic sector is highly valued.
- Professional certifications such as ACTA, ACLP, DACE, or IHRP are strongly preferred.
