Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Corporate IT applications, focusing specifically on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high availability and performance of corporate systems.
  • Act as a key consultant for business units to translate operational requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, promoting the adoption of automated workflows and cloud-integrated systems.
  • Oversee system upgrades, security patches, and data migration efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless data integration between HR systems and other enterprise platforms.
  • Analyze system usage metrics to identify gaps and propose process improvements or new technology deployments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT application management, preferably within large-scale corporate environments.
  • Proven track record of managing HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMP).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
