Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Corporate IT applications, focusing specifically on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high availability and performance of corporate systems.
- Act as a key consultant for business units to translate operational requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, promoting the adoption of automated workflows and cloud-integrated systems.
- Oversee system upgrades, security patches, and data migration efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless data integration between HR systems and other enterprise platforms.
- Analyze system usage metrics to identify gaps and propose process improvements or new technology deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT application management, preferably within large-scale corporate environments.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM).
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS integration via APIs or middleware is highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal supervision.
