Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily translation and interpretation between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, strategic planning, and reporting.
- Oversee and manage administrative tasks, including filing, document processing, and data entry.
- Act as a backup supervisor for the team during peak hours or shifts.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and partners to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments and logistics.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (Business level) and English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in computer applications, specifically MS Office Suite.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
