Responsibilities
- Review and approve medical and promotional materials to ensure alignment with medico-legal guidelines and local regulatory frameworks.
- Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams regarding clinical claims, data integrity, and ethical communication strategies.
- Maintain updated knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry codes of practice to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Coordinate with internal legal and compliance departments to resolve queries regarding marketing claims and product information.
- Manage the documentation process for all medical-legal reviews, ensuring comprehensive audit trails are maintained.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on medical-legal compliance requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the development of robust internal policies to ensure consistent interpretation of regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, or a medico-legal advisory role.
- In-depth understanding of Singaporean healthcare regulations, industry codes, and ethical standards for clinical documentation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information into clear, compliant messaging.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across various seniority levels.
