Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze healthcare performance data using medical terminology and statistical methods
- Conduct regular reviews of clinical systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities

- Develop performance dashboards and visualizations for leadership decision-making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare data analysis or performance management

- Strong understanding of healthcare metrics and quality indicators
- Certification in healthcare quality management (e.g., CPHQ) preferred
