You will work closely with academic faculties, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to optimise programme workflows, enhance participant experience, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing operational frameworks, managing budgets and resources, analysing performance metrics, and leading a dedicated team of programme coordinators. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and dataâdriven decisionâmaking will be critical to delivering highâimpact learning experiences that align with NTUâs strategic vision.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of enterprise learning programmes from inception to closure.
- Develop and maintain operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with academic units, external vendors, and technology teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Manage programme budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure costâeffective resource allocation.
- Supervise and mentor a team of programme coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Analyse participant feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in programme management, learning operations, or educational technology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and motivating highâperforming teams.
