  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of enterprise learning programmes from inception to closure.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance dashboards.

  • Manage programme budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective resource allocation.

Qualifications
