Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high levels of motivation and peak performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through proactive market analysis and prospecting.
- Manage key accounts by building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare accurate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline order fulfillment and service delivery processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales approaches effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or industrial sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of local dialects is an added advantage.
