Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Healthcare-related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health insurance or general insurance operations
- Proven track record in profit management and segment growth strategies

- Leadership experience with demonstrated team management capabilities
