Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department in developing and implementing strategic plans for profitable health insurance growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure segment profitability
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and claims teams to optimize product offerings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance targets and professional development
- Prepare comprehensive reports on segment performance for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health insurance or healthcare industry
- Proven track record in achieving profitability targets and strategic growth
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Knowledge of Singapore's insurance regulatory framework and healthcare landscape
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management
