Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organisational goals and clinical requirements
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning and talent pipeline development
  • Create and manage learning and development programs that enhance employee competencies and career progression

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR operations
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful talent development programs
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional certifications such as SHRI or CIPD are advantageous
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is preferred but not essential
