Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organisational goals and clinical requirements
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning and talent pipeline development
- Create and manage learning and development programs that enhance employee competencies and career progression
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions
- Monitor and analyse talent metrics to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Foster a culture of engagement by implementing retention strategies and employee wellness initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR operations
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful talent development programs
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Professional certifications such as SHRI or CIPD are advantageous
- Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is preferred but not essential
