Singapore General Hospital (SGH) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join our Radiology Division. This pivotal role is responsible for the seamless coordination of logistics, facilities, and infrastructure that support our frontline medical imaging services. You will play a vital part in ensuring that our clinical teams have the resources they need to provide world-class patient care.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Division's store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely replenishment of clinical consumables.
- Lead facility and infrastructure management projects, including space planning and coordination for new equipment installations.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance lifecycle of non-imaging equipment, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all logistics and storage practices comply with hospital safety standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Support the Division in budgeting and forecasting for logistics-related expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Proven experience in facilities management or space planning initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to operational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
