Singapore General Hospital (SGH) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join our Radiology Division. This pivotal role is responsible for the seamless coordination of logistics, facilities, and infrastructure that support our frontline medical imaging services. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Division's store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely replenishment of clinical consumables.
  • Lead facility and infrastructure management projects, including space planning and coordination for new equipment installations.
  • Oversee the procurement and maintenance lifecycle of non-imaging equipment, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure all logistics and storage practices comply with hospital safety standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Division in budgeting and forecasting for logistics-related expenditures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
  • Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Proven experience in facilities management or space planning initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to operational challenges.
