Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for industrial instrumentation and gas analyzer products.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
- Provide technical consultation to clients, assisting in the selection of products that meet specific operational requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and professional proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and technical demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers and existing account stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to provide feedback on market trends and product improvement needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Chemical) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the industrial instrumentation or gas analyzer industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial process control, instrumentation, or analytical systems.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license (preferred) and willingness to travel within the region as required.
