Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment plans aligned with business objectives and headcount targets.
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools to track pipeline metrics, prepare reports, and optimize workflows.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external talent communities.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation in the competitive Malaysian market.
- Lead a small team of recruitment specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet short‑ and long‑term staffing needs.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment: job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Utilize data‑driven metrics and reporting to assess recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruitment officers and coordinators.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the Malaysian market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end hires across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
