Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize aerospace manufacturing and MRO partnership opportunities aligned with ARTC’s technology roadmap.
- Develop and execute business development strategies, including market entry, value proposition creation, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with aerospace OEMs, MRO providers, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Lead negotiations, draft memoranda of understanding (MoUs), and structure collaborative agreements that deliver mutual value.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product development and service offerings.
- Coordinate with internal R&D teams to translate technical capabilities into commercial solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and report on business outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Aviation, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within aerospace, manufacturing, or high‑tech industries.
- Proven track record of securing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, MRO operations, and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and ROI assessment.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overseas as required.
