Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and strategic execution of wellbeing and care programmes.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to a dedicated team of care staff.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with community stakeholders, sponsors, and service providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness through data collection and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop and implement outreach initiatives to support caregivers, children, and underprivileged families.
  • Manage programme budgets and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social services, community outreach, or non-profit programme management.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of team management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse community groups.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and programme management software.
