Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor and evaluate property management workflows to identify areas for process improvement.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of service.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and data analysis for management review.
- Oversee on-site maintenance scheduling and contractor management.
- Ensure compliance with all local real estate regulations and safety protocols.
- Support the Operations Manager in implementing strategic initiatives to drive company growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or property management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
