Responsibilities
- Oversee daily healthcare operations within the Emergency Department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage manpower deployment, staff scheduling, and resource allocation across 24/7 operational requirements
- Coordinate dispatch operations and optimize emergency response logistics
- Lead and execute healthcare projects from planning through implementation stages
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies
- Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or emergency services management
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a 24/7 fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and staff deployment
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and healthcare management systems
