Responsibilities
- Support the supervision of daily manufacturing operations to ensure optimal production output and efficiency
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and product specifications throughout the production process
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all team members
- Coordinate with production planning teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and deadlines
- Train, guide, and mentor production staff on proper work procedures and best manufacturing practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, records, and documentation as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse workforce
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in basic computer applications and production management software
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Filipino for reporting and team interaction
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as production demands require
