Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager/Site Manager in the daily planning and scheduling of site works to ensure project timelines are strictly met.
- Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors for the timely submission, verification, and approval of construction materials and technical shop drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports and maintain accurate records of daily site activities.
- Facilitate effective communication between the site team, design consultants, and clients to resolve technical discrepancies.
- Monitor site resources and material deliveries to prevent project delays.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building regulations and company quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field recognized by the PE Board Singapore.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a construction site environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations (WSH), and construction workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications accurately.
