Responsibilities
- Assist senior Relationship Managers in preparing client presentations, investment proposals, and performance reports.
- Conduct product research and analysis to identify suitable wealth solutions for Financial Intermediaries.
- Support the onboarding process of new intermediary clients, ensuring KYC/AML compliance.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems with interaction details and transaction history.
- Coordinate with product, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate timely execution of trades and services.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that impact intermediary clients, providing timely insights to the team.
- Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to strengthen relationships and generate referrals.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on business performance metrics against targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or wealth advisory.
- Strong understanding of financial products including equities, fixed income, structured products, and alternative investments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms; familiarity with Bloomberg or Reuters is a plus.
- Detailâoriented with strong analytical and problemâsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MAS, AML/KYC) relevant to wealth management.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamâoriented, fastâpaced environment.
