Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Relationship Managers in preparing client presentations, investment proposals, and performance reports.
  • Conduct product research and analysis to identify suitable wealth solutions for Financial Intermediaries.
  • Support the onboarding process of new intermediary clients, ensuring KYC/AML compliance.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems with interaction details and transaction history.
  • Coordinate with product, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate timely execution of trades and services.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that impact intermediary clients, providing timely insights to the team.
  • Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to strengthen relationships and generate referrals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or wealth advisory.
  • Strong understanding of financial products including equities, fixed income, structured products, and alternative investments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms; familiarity with Bloomberg or Reuters is a plus.
