Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for catering services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery for events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, contributing to business growth.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or F&B industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A valid Class 3 driving license and own transport would be an advantage for client meetings.
