Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier professional and academic talent.
- Conduct in-depth market mapping and industry research to stay ahead of talent acquisition trends in the higher education sector.
- Engage and build relationships with passive candidates through proactive networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for niche roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define clear job requirements and interview assessment criteria.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track sourcing metrics and improve conversion rates across various talent pipelines.
- Maintain a high-quality talent database, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field of study.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or university setting.
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced candidate sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore labor market and recruitment landscape.
