Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate frontline staff to achieve daily performance targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and regular stock takes.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Prepare regular shift reports and handle administrative tasks as required by management.
- Coordinate with regional management to implement new operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Management, Retail, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in retail or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and inventory management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
