Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the warehouse, production, or logistics areas to meet targets and deadlines
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and work progress
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees
- Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, and operational metrics for management review
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and resolve any operational issues
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, transport, or logistics environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic inventory management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of safety and quality compliance requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
