Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train, coach, and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Address and resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports to management.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Manufacturing or Logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license (if applicable for transport/logistics roles).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
