Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow in the assigned department
- Supervise, mentor, and guide team members to achieve performance targets and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours as required by operations
