Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to construction schedules.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Coordinate effectively with the project manager, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the on-site workforce to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor material inventory and equipment usage to minimize waste and control project costs.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, site logs, and material requisitions.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Valid Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or similar safety certifications is highly preferred.
- Valid driving license (Class 3D) is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office applications.
