Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor team members to maintain high performance and productivity levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure supplies meet operational demands.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly, including staff disputes, technical equipment failures, or logistical challenges.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment at all times.
  • Assist management in implementing new processes or strategies to increase site efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Management, Construction, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent problem-solving aptitude and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis or as required by operational needs.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards is highly preferred.
