Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and standard compliance.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate frontline staff to achieve performance KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards within the workplace.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare daily shift reports and submit performance summaries to senior management.
- Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness to ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
