Join KK Group Of Companies as an Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor for our Kuchai 2 KC2 project in Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the site management team to drive safe, on-time delivery with quality workmanship. You will coordinate daily construction activities, supervise trade workers and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and foremen to translate plans into actionable tasks while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site activities at Kuchai 2 KC2 project and coordinate with subcontractors
- Monitor construction progress and report deviations to the project manager
- Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Oversee quality control, inspect workmanship, and verify materials against specifications
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet milestones
- Provide guidance to junior site staff and subcontractors; monitor performance
- Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, and local regulations
- Facilitate effective communication between the site team and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience as an assistant supervisor or site supervisor on construction sites
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read drawings and interpret project specifications
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic project tracking tools
- Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur and travel to site as required
