We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to join our team in Pandan Perdana, Kuala Lumpur. This is a pivotal role that oversees daily production, logistics, and team performance to ensure seamless operations.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding a team of operators, monitoring workflow, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. You will work closely with management to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and logistics activities to ensure targets are met on time and within quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators and workers, including shift scheduling and performance reviews.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse to ensure availability of materials.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and propose corrective actions to optimize workflow.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on production output, downtime, and team attendance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to improve skills and productivity.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or Tamil is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Pandan Perdana and flexible with shift schedules if required.
