KK Group Of Companies is a leading player in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry with a strong presence in the Klang Valley. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to join our operations team at our Pandan Pertama facility in Ampang, Selangor.
In this role, you will oversee daily production, warehouse, or transport activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. You will lead a team of operators and drivers, coordinate workflow, and report directly to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in production, warehouse, or transport departments to meet targets and deadlines.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, inventory, and work areas to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare shift reports, production logs, and incident reports for management review.
- Resolve operational issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks promptly to minimise downtime.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and assist in inventory audits.
- Foster a positive team culture, motivate staff, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Business Management is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, logistics, or transport operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, production planning, or fleet management is preferred.
- Familiarity with occupational safety and health (OSH) standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting tools.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
