Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities at Residensi Platinum Arena
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
- Monitor workflow and production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations
- Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
