Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and shift scheduling.
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
- Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and bank deposits accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with area management to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail, convenience store, or F&B operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Must be willing to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
