Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and shift scheduling.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
  • Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and bank deposits accurately.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with area management to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail, convenience store, or F&B operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
