Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance targets and productivity goals
- Coordinate workflow across departments to maintain efficient logistics and manufacturing processes
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

- Prepare and submit operational reports to management

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing/logistics operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid forklift license (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
