Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing and logistics activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators and drivers to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse operations to minimise discrepancies and optimise storage.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies, conducting regular inspections and safety briefings.
- Prepare shift reports, performance metrics, and incident documentation for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., procurement, customer service) and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory/WMS systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (ISO, OHSAS) is an advantage.
