Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure productivity targets are met consistently.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to maintain high performance and service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics activities to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve on-site operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding shift performance and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail, manufacturing, or logistics setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a result-oriented mindset.
