Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and productivity goals
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, attendance, and operational issues to management
- Foster positive working relationships and resolve conflicts among team members
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a demanding environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT systems
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, or related discipline preferred
