Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share in key sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including managing the end-to-end tendering and bidding process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance CPG Corporation’s market presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, design, and project management teams to prepare winning proposals and project bids.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Represent the firm at industry networking events, seminars, and conferences to promote our consultancy services.
- Ensure that all business development activities align with the company’s corporate governance and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the consultancy, engineering, or construction industry.
- Strong track record of securing large-scale project contracts and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and project directors.
- Deep understanding of the local consultancy market and procurement processes in Singapore.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a commitment to professional excellence.
