Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and compliance standards
- Provide support in account opening, documentation verification, and customer inquiry handling
- Assist in maintaining proper records, filing systems, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Support branch management in implementing operational policies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls at all times
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- Previous experience in banking operations, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is a plus
