Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for diverse industry roles.
- Execute proactive sales strategies to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates to understand their career aspirations.
- Conduct professional interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments to hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process between clients and successful hires.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based KPIs and revenue targets consistently.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry-specific hiring demands to provide value-added insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
