Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles across industries
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate next steps with both candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS/CRM and ensure compliant data handling
  • Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and project scope
  • Manage job postings, outreach campaigns, and candidate outreach with a customer-centric approach
  • Provide a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
  • Track metrics to meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets
